Join The Haus Group’s Zillow Lead Division:

The Haus Group is hiring motivated real estate agents to join its Zillow lead division across Maryland and the greater DMV Metro Area.

Led by Omar Flores, The Haus Group is built for agents who want access to high-intent buyer and seller opportunities, strong accountability, daily coaching, and a support structure that helps remove the operational friction from real estate production.

This role is ideal for agents who want to work serious lead opportunities and be part of a team focused on conversion, training, and growth.

The Haus Group provides access to multiple lead channels, including:

1. Zillow Preferred buyer and seller connections
2. Google Pay Per Click
3. Realtor.com
4. zBuyer
5. Seller-focused lead funnels
6. Online lead generation opportunities

The team generates 200+ live Zillow connections per month team-wide.

Full-time agents can expect approximately 10–20 live Zillow connections per month. Part-time agents may receive fewer opportunities based on availability and accountability.

The Haus Group serves key Maryland and DMV markets, including:

1. Rockville
2. Columbia
3. Silver Spring
4. Hyattsville
5. Baltimore
6. Hagerstown
7. Montgomery County
8. Prince George’s County
9. Howard County
10. Frederick County
11. Anne Arundel County
12. The broader DMV Metro Area between DC and Baltimore

Agents must be part of Bright MLS.

New agents receive a two-week onboarding program covering team systems, Zillow onboarding, Zillow training, and forms training.

Agents also complete LPT’s 3-day bootcamp and LPT orientation.

Ongoing training includes:

1. Daily coaching with Bill Pipes, Monday through Friday
2. Monday Motivationals
3. Thursday Haus Training
4. Real Estate First Fridays
5. Lead conversion training
6. Script mastery
7. KPI accountability

Full-time agents are expected to participate in accountability calls twice per week to review KPIs and stay focused on production.

The Haus Group gives agents the support needed to spend more time with clients and less time stuck in admin work.

Support includes:

1. 2 Inside Sales Agents calling the database to set appointments
2. In-house transaction coordinator from contract to close
3. Offer-writing support
4. Social media marketing admin
5. Listing and marketing support
6. Administrative support
7. Follow Up Boss CRM
8. Fello
9. YLOPO
10. Zoodealio
11. Cloud CMA

This role is a fit for agents who are:

1. Licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license
2. Comfortable working Zillow buyer and seller connections
3. Fast to respond to inbound opportunities
4. Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
5. Serious about accountability and conversion
6. Interested in serving Maryland and the greater DMV market
7. Willing to train consistently and track performance
