Part-Time Restaurant Team Lead Fast-Paced Hospitality

NEST Kitchen & Taphouse, located at Kiln Creek Golf Club & Resort, is seeking a reliable and motivated Part‑Time Team Leader to join our restaurant team. Responsibilities Assist with daily restaurant operations while helping provide an exceptional dining experience for members, residents, guests, and event attendees. Support staff during service, ensuring smooth front‑of‑house operations. Assist with opening and closing duties. Maintain cleanliness and organization. Handle guest concerns professionally. Uphold service standards. Assist with training new team members. Coordinate service during busy periods. Communicate effectively with management and kitchen staff. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is dependable, team‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills are essential. Prior restaurant supervisory or managerial experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate with strong hospitality experience and leadership potential. Shift Requirements Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
