Whether working in-person or through telehealth services, you'll play a critical role in empowering clients to achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing.**This position offers...*** **Employee Assistance Program** – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost* **Mileage Reimbursement** – Company paid for work functions requiring travel* **Employee Discounts** – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition* **Licensure Supervision** - complimentary for LMSW's, PLPC's, PLMFT's* **Additional income opportunities** - for LPC's, LCSW's, & LMFT's (provide supervision)* **Continuing Education** - 3 days leave following your first year of employment* **Liability Coverage** - Company paid* **Workplace Culture** - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce* **Additional Perks & Benefits** - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more**Key Responsibilities:*** **Provide** individual, family, and group counseling services that support recovery, emotional wellness, and personal growth* **Conduct** intake screenings, comprehensive assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to determine treatment needs and recommendations* **Develop** individualized treatment plans that align with client goals, clinical best practices, and regulatory requirements* **Facilitate** therapeutic groups, educational sessions, and evidence-based interventions including trauma-informed and co-occurring disorder treatment* **Support** clients through crisis situations by providing timely assessment, intervention, and stabilization services* **Collaborate** with medical providers, case managers, peer specialists, and other treatment team members to ensure coordinated care* **Monitor** client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed to support positive outcomes* **Document** clinical services accurately and timely in accordance with agency, accreditation, and state standards* **Participate** in clinical staffing, treatment team meetings, and case consultations to ensure high-quality care* **Promote** community awareness and represent the organization professionally through outreach efforts and stakeholder engagement* **Provide** clinical guidance and share evidence-based practices with colleagues when appropriate**Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:*** Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field* Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT, or LMFT* Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, behavioral health assessments, diagnostic practices, and treatment planning* Experience providing counseling services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders preferred* Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills* Ability to effectively provide services through telehealth platforms and in-person settings* Experience working within multidisciplinary treatment teams preferred**Additional Qualifications:*** Willingness to become licensed in additional states as required* Comfortable providing telehealth services to clients; training provided* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound clinical judgment* Commitment to person-centered care, recovery-oriented services, and continuous professional development* Ability to establish positive working relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners* Passion for helping individuals achieve lasting recovery, improved mental health, and enhanced quality of life**Ready for a More Meaningful Therapy Career?**Join a supportive team where you'll have the opportunity to provide impactful clinical care, grow professionally, receive licensure support, and help individuals achieve lasting recovery.
