Delivery Driver – No CDL Required | $150/Day + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Beacon Point Ventures, one of the larger FedEx service providers in the CSRA, is hiring Full-Time Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.

Pay & Benefits

• $100 Training Pay
• $130-$150 per day, depending on experience, and efficiency
• Additional earning opportunities for exceeding daily performance thresholds
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus after successfully completing 90 days of employment
• Threshold Pay-To Be Discussed
• Full-time position
• No CDL required
• Training provided

Schedule

• Typical workday: 8:00 AM until route is completed
• Routes may occasionally run later, particularly during training and peak season
• Must be available to work until all assigned deliveries are completed
• Must be comfortable driving after dark when necessary, although this is uncommon

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 1 year of verifiable delivery driving experience in larger vehicles. (FedEx, Amazon, UPS, etc.)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and random drug screenings
• Ability to move up to 150 lbs.when required
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attendance and dependability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to learn and navigate different delivery areas
• Safe and responsible driving habits
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Must be flexible enough to remain on route until all assigned deliveries are completed
