TheGrowthFP&AandStrategyteamservesasthefinancialintegratorandstrategicpartnerforEnterpriseGrowthOrg,providingaunifiedviewofperformanceacrossU.S.,Sam’sClub,andInternational.Theteamcoordinatesforecasting,planning,andreportingwhileconnectingstrategytofinancialoutcomesthroughportfolioinsightsandscenarioanalysis.InclosepartnershipwithGrowthStrategy&Operations,theteambringsfinancialdisciplineandinsightstoportfoliodecisions,enablingleadershiptoassessperformance,alignresources,identifyrisksandopportunities,andmakeinformedenterprisedecisions.

• Leadend-to-endUSGrowthAOPandLRPprocesses,includingtimelines,communications,consolidation,validation,andfinancialsystemintegration.
• Partneracrossbusiness-facingfinanceteams,SegmentFP&A,andotherstakeholderstoalignassumptions,dependencies,priorities,anddeliverables.
• Supportstrategicfinancialanalysis,scenarioplanning,andselectedstrategicinitiativestoinformGrowthprioritiesandlong-termimplications.
• Managecontrolstructurestomitigatefinancialrisksandensurecompliancewithpoliciesandprocedures.
• Lead,mentor,anddevelopassociatesbysettingexpectations,providingfeedback,andfosteringacollaborativeteamenvironment.
• Presentfinancialresultsandforecaststoseniormanagement,addressinginquiriesandsupportingdecision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
• 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.
