Marketing Coordinator

Tidewater Roofing, a leading home-services provider in the region, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join its growing team. This full-time, primarily in-person role offers the opportunity to work across both field and office environments, supporting Tidewater Roofing and Carefree Gutter Guards. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in capturing project stories, executing campaigns, and analyzing marketing performance to drive measurable business growth. This position is ideal for a marketer who enjoys blending content creation with data-driven decision-making, and who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on setting with exposure to multiple brands and company leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the content calendar, capturing and editing project photos, short-form videos, testimonials, employee stories, and before-and-after content.
• Write and schedule platform-specific content, monitor engagement, and manage the creative asset library.
• Repurpose approved content for web, email, recruiting, direct mail, and sales support.
• Coordinate direct-mail, neighborhood, HOA, service, recruiting, sponsorship, event, and seasonal campaigns from creative request through proofing, vendor handoff, launch, and documentation.
• Manage mailing lists, deadlines, tracking codes, collateral updates, and other cross-functional marketing projects.
• Audit CRM lead-source attribution, research missing or incorrect sources, maintain source definitions and exception reports, and support source-to-appointment, proposal, and sale reporting.
• Maintain the completed-project map or database for Carefree Gutter Guards and identify geographic opportunities for targeted campaigns.
• Administer the review-request process, track results and exceptions, and organize approved customer reviews and project assets for marketing and sales use.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, service, and leadership teams to ensure effective campaign execution and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in marketing coordination, social media, content creation, communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing, organization, project management, and follow-through skills.
• Hands-on experience with smartphone photography, short-form video, basic editing, and visual storytelling.
• Working knowledge of major social platforms, content scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and CRM data.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Sound judgment when representing a company publicly and responding to customer feedback.
• A portfolio or examples of content, campaigns, photography, video, or related work.
• Preferred: Experience in roofing, construction, home services, property management, HOA, commercial services, or multi-location businesses.
• Preferred: Experience with CRM systems, call tracking, direct mail, review platforms, project mapping, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
• Preferred: Experience marketing to both consumer and business-to-business audiences.
• Preferred: Drone certification or field-production experience.

Compensation

$52,000 annual base salary , plus a performance-based incentive with a target opportunity of $75,000.
