This individual reports to the General Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSchedule, coordinate and manage birthday party requestsCreate a fun and enthusiastic environment for all guestsOrganize and implement birthday activitiesSupervise and schedule party staffHandle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteouslyMaintain reservations and prepare reportsOversee party experienceMaintain positive guest experience by using our SMILES philosophySources, orders, and maintains inventory of party suppliesMaintains open communications with management of scheduled eventsDevelop and implement post-party follow up and referral processAssists and supports front desk staff on all birthday related questions/concernsOperates Point of Sale (POS) system including deposits and party transactionsSupport sales and marketing plans in collaboration with leadership teamFollow safety and incident reporting guidelinesProvides or performs other services or duties as required by managementQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in party planning or booking eventsDegree in management is a plusFamily Entertainment or amusement park background is a plusWorkdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as requiredMust be very organized, detailed oriented, and a strong communicatorProfessional, "Altitude" attitude and work ethicExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast- paced environment.Background check will be required before hiring
