ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with the Marion Fazio Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. We are an award winning State Farm Agency that has been serving the Delray Beach area for over 25 years. We attribute our success to having a fun and energetic environment that is an enjoyable place to work. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Be able to answer phones, faxing, scanning and filing
• Identify customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Must be able to obtain property and casualty license

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to learn computer functions
• Outgoing and self-motivating
• Proactive in problem solving
• Detail oriented and the ability to multi-task

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
