Part Time Teller

Job Overview Part‑time career opportunity, approximately 58 hours biweekly, based at the Sewell, NJ financial center (401 Ganttown Road). No Sunday shifts. Responsibilities Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure. Identify and refer customers to appropriate financial products and services, fostering relationship building conversations to meet customer needs. Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures, and manage risk by identifying and mitigating potential losses. Leverage practical knowledge of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Complete all required compliance training on time and ensure adherence to company compliance programs. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred). 6 to 12 months of customer service experience (Required). 6 to 12 months of cash handling experience (Preferred). Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude. Ability to work flexible hours around branch operations. Understanding of or willingness to learn banking products and digital banking tools. Compensation Hourly rate: $17.25 – $24.23.
