Pay Rate: $58.96/hour

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs in a long-term care setting
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care following all regulatory and clinical standards
• Perform procedures including manual therapy, ambulation assistance, therapeutic exercises, modalities, wound care, and use of supportive devices
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes accurately in electronic health records
• Provide patient, family, and caregiver education and counseling
• Collaborate with team members on patient care plans and participate in clinical meetings
• Supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehab aides, or students as needed
• Maintain compliance with APTA and state practice acts, codes of conduct, and ethics

What You Need

• Valid Missouri Physical Therapist license
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in inpatient or LTC rehab settings preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation standards
