Responsibilities: Work closely with Industry and Account leadership to contribute to a comprehensive GTM execution strategy Manage team member performance through pipeline management, deal qualification, forecasting and progress toward sales goals; proactively oversee demand generation efforts to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified deals originated Manage team members activity to deliver effective client relationship management and ensure the team is continuously driving into net-new client executive relationships, through active participation in client meetings as appropriate Lead the recruitment and selection process to build a high-performing sales team and make strategic talent decisions Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of recent management consulting experience Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred Demonstrated leadership, client management and project management skills, along with a strong business development track record Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("KPMG") complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
