Key Highlights Start date: 08/31/2026 Weekly pay: $2,598–$2,658 per week Guaranteed hours: 35 per week Contract duration: 19 weeks Shift: 5x8 days, 08:00–16:30 Setting: skilled nursing facility (LTC/nursing home) Bonus: $2,000 quick-start bonus Responsibilities Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for residents in a geriatric, skilled nursing setting Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, gait, and pain management; monitor progress Reassess patients regularly, adjust treatment plans, and document changes in the electronic medical record Collaborate with an interprofessional team (nursing, therapy aides, physicians) to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning Educate residents and families on exercise programs, safety strategies, and home-program plans; ensure patient safety during activities and transfers Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions, outcomes, and any changes to goals or frequency of care Requirements Active Physical Therapist license in Washington state Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team and commit to 35 guaranteed hours per week Benefits and Support $2,000 quick-start bonus 35 guaranteed hours per week 19-week travel assignment 5x8 day shift (08:00–16:30) Competitive weekly pay consistent with travel standards Direct support from a dedicated recruiter throughout the assignment Pay Disclaimer Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
