Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Ability to use Electronic Medical Record documentation
• Computer skills necessary to complete job requirements, including typing, Word, Internet, and EMR

Assignment Details

• Schedule preference noted as 4x9's and 1x4
• No travel is expected for this position
