Head of Engineering Location/Type: United States • Remote Pay: $200,000 to $215,000 base + Bonus Schedule: Full-time You’ll lead engineering at a fast-growing aviation software organization in a high-impact rebuild phase. This is not a placeholder exec role. You’ll own the team, tighten execution, speed up releases, and help modernize a legacy platform used in security-heavy, compliance-driven environments. You’ll lead from the front. Think 75% leadership, 25% hands‑on.
