Territory Manager - Joliet, IL

Mineralys Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing aldosterone-targeted therapies, seeks a Territory Manager for the Joliet, IL area. This role involves driving commercial success for the company's pipeline of medicines addressing hypertension and related conditions.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned territory to achieve revenue and market penetration targets
- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers and stakeholders
- Represent company products through presentations and clinical education activities
Requirements
- Pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience in a territory management capacity
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain healthcare provider relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Territory planning and strategic execution experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
