Regional Growth & Partnerships Lead

依据公司整体发展战略规划，统筹区域内业务拓展工作，主动挖掘潜在合作机会（如商圈合作、渠道共建等），开发并维护区域内核心合作资源，提升公司业务在区域市场的覆盖率与影响力。
2. 目标管理与结果达成
承接公司战略目标，结合区域市场特点进行目标拆解，制定可落地的区域年度 / 季度 / 月度工作规划；全程跟踪目标执行进度，及时调整策略解决执行障碍，确保区域业务目标（如销售额、拓展指标等）高效达成。3. 团队建设与管理
负责区域团队的搭建、培养与激励，包括人员招聘、技能培训、绩效评估等；建立高效的团队协作机制，提升团队成员业务能力与凝聚力，打造稳定且具备战斗力的区域团队。岗位要求：
1. 学历背景：大专及以上学历，专业不限，具备市场营销、企业管理相关专业背景者优先；
2. 行业经验：1-3 年快消行业线下拓展经验，熟悉区域市场运作模式；若有商圈、写字楼、高校渠道资源，或咖啡、茶饮、连锁便利店行业拓展经验，将予以优先考虑； 3. 能力素质：具备强烈的目标感与成就动机，属于销售型人才，擅长主动开拓市场；同时具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力及团队管理能力，能承受一定的工作压力。4. 其他要求：能接受区 域内短期支援性出差，具备较强的责任心与执行力，认同公司企业文化与发展理念。
