Job Description The Quality Control Manager will report to senior construction leadership and partner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with company, client, and regulatory quality standards. Develop, implement, and maintain project quality control programs and procedures Conduct audits, inspections, and site reviews across active construction projects Monitor compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements Collaborate with field leadership to identify, track, and resolve quality deficiencies Lead quality documentation, reporting, punch list management, and closeout activities Support preconstruction and project teams with quality planning and risk mitigation strategies Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality-focused training programs MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The ideal Quality Control Manager will bring a strong commercial construction background with a proven track record of driving quality assurance programs across ground-up and complex renovation projects. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of partnering with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure exceptional project delivery.
