We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Lead who enjoys leading by example. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to step into a leadership position and help keep daily operations running efficiently.
What You'll DoAs the Warehouse Lead, you'll support the Warehouse Supervisor by helping coordinate daily warehouse operations and leading the team throughout the shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Assign and prioritize daily work based on operational needs.
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members.
- Monitor productivity and provide on-the-job guidance.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Perform regular floor walks to maintain safety, organization, and cleanliness.
- Help resolve operational issues and communicate updates to management.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, as needed.
- Work alongside the team to meet daily shipping and fulfillment goals.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience.
- Previous experience leading a team, training employees, or serving as a lead is preferred.
- Forklift experience (certification is a plus).
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while motivating others.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the shift.
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Day off: Sunday and one weekday (Tuesday)
