Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a diverse care team including psychologists, social workers, and nurse practitioners to create and optimize individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system to track client progress and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a varied clientele including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. By developing strong therapeutic alliances, you will help clients navigate their personal journeys toward improved mental health and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A currently valid and unrestricted Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of hands-on experience providing clinical mental health services within an outpatient setting.
