Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage with client couples, facilitating joint sessions and individual therapy as needed. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of family dynamics and individual needs, setting personalized treatment goals.

• Developing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address various issues such as family conflicts, grief and loss, job stress, and blended family challenges.

• Providing ongoing support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions through sessions—both virtually and in-person.
\n
• Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in alignment with best practices and compliance standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care that respects the psychological and emotional needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be valuable in addressing a diverse population, including couples and individual clients from various backgrounds. You will focus on issues such as:

• Alcohol abuse and addiction recovery.

• Psychological and physical abuse recovery.

• Grief, loss, and bereavement support.

• Conflict resolution among family members and siblings.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active LMFT license within the state of Florida.
