Program Support Assistant
Major Duties:
- Performs work involving the collection, compilation and or tracking of data and statistical information in support of the organization's operations.
- Establishes protocols for incoming data sets and retrieves computerized data.
- Reviews documents, reports and other data applications for omissions and other inconsistencies.
- Responsible for processing of supplies and materials, and services through the IFCAP.
- Receives, reviews and investigates incoming correspondence and action documents and follows up on work in progress to ensure timely replies or actions.
- Receives, directs callers, patients and visitors.
- Updates policy statements, SOP's, and plans in the direction of the service chief, ensuring accuracy regarding format, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and distribution of copies.
- Other duties assigned
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00- 3:30pm
