Our hospitality programs put clients' most important relationships inside the moments that matter, from championship weekends to chef-driven dinners and opening nights.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

\n

The Senior Manager of Events leads the design and delivery of bespoke corporate hospitality programs for GSE's clients. You will own events from first concept through final reconciliation, at marquee sporting events, culinary experiences, and arts and entertainment occasions.

\n

This is a senior, hands-on role. You will shape the creative vision, run budgets and vendor relationships, lead on-site teams, and serve as a trusted partner to clients whose guests expect flawless execution. You will report directly to the Executive Vice President.

\n

\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

Program design and production

\n

•     Concept, plan and produce high-end hospitality programs around major sporting, culinary, arts and entertainment events.

\n

•     Translate client objectives and guest profiles into tailored experiences, from private suites to chef-led dinners, venue takeovers and backstage access.

\n

•     Build and manage detailed production timelines, run-of-show documents and guest logistics, including travel, ground transportation, accommodations and credentialing.

\n

Client leadership

\n

•     Serve as the senior point of contact for clients from proposal through post-event wrap.

\n

•     Present concepts, scopes of work and budgets, and manage changes in scope with clarity.

\n

•     Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat and expanded programs.

\n

Budget and vendor management

\n

•     Own program budgets, forecasting and final reconciliation.

\n

•     Source, negotiate and manage venues, caterers, chefs, talent, decor, AV, transportation and other partners.

\n

•     Maintain a strong network of premium vendors and venue relationships in key markets.

\n

On-site execution and team leadership

\n

•     Lead on-site operations, staffing plans and teams, and solve problems in real time.

\n

•     Manage, mentor and develop event managers, coordinators and freelance staff.

\n

•     Ensure safety, security, compliance and risk management standards are met at every event.

\n

Growth and process

\n

•     Partner with leadership on new business pitches and program innovation.

\n

•     Improve planning processes, templates and post-event reporting across the team.

\n

\n

QUALIFICATIONS

\n

Required

\n

•     5–7+ years producing bespoke, high-end hospitality or experiential events, with at least some of that time in a lead or senior role.

\n

•     A track record of delivering premium programs for corporate clients at sporting, culinary, arts or entertainment events.

\n

•     Strong budget management skills, including building, tracking and reconciling multi-event budgets.

\n

•     Proven vendor negotiation and relationship management experience.

\n

•     Experience leading on-site teams and managing complex guest logistics.

\n

•     Polished client presence, with excellent written and verbal communication.

\n

•     Ability to travel frequently, including nights and weekends around event dates.

\n

Preferred

\n

•     Direct experience with major events such as golf majors, championship games, motorsport, tennis or award shows.

\n

•     An established network of premium venues, caterers and hospitality partners.

\n

•     Experience managing and developing direct reports.

\n

•     Proficiency with event management, registration and project management tools.

\n

\n

SALARY

\n

$110,000–$140,000 per year

\n

Ultimately, the salary will be based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and time in role, among other criteria. Please note that the position’s pay range is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to pay transparency law.
