Recruitment Specialist

Job Type: Contract Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Recruiter to support our hiring initiatives in West Los Angeles. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts, partnering with hiring managers, and sourcing top talent across a variety of positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adapt to changing business needs. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates for professional, administrative, and corporate positions Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparationMaintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Provide regular recruiting activity updates and hiring metrics Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking strategies Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Experience working with ATS and Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience in agency staffing or corporate recruiting Experience recruiting for administrative, professional, healthcare, technical, or operations roles Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
