Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier team of automotive sales professionals.
• Lead and coach the sales team with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and performance.
• Ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores through exceptional service.
• Engage directly with customers to support sales associates in closing deals.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability and customer value.
• Manage inventory and ensure effective lot merchandising.
• Collaborate with the BDC (Business Development Center) to optimize lead management and follow-up processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales management.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and BDC operations.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, follow-up strategies, and customer retention.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets.
• Availability to work daytime, evenings, and Saturdays.
