Job Title GRC Specialist (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Location Charlotte, NC / Chandler, AZ / Iselin, NJ (3 Days Hybrid, Relocation from EST only) Duration 12 Months Experience Not less than 14 years Interview & Visa Interview: Video | Visa: GC, GCEAD, H4EAD, USC Mandates Banking Domain GRC / Operational Risk Control Design / Testing SOX Compliance Audit Readiness Infrastructure Control Role Summary We are looking for a Controls / GRC Specialist to support a focused initiative to review, rationalize, and rewrite infrastructure operations controls. This role will work closely with operations and risk teams to ensure controls are practical, testable, and aligned with current processes. Key Responsibilities Review and assess existing infrastructure-related controls Rewrite and standardize control documentation Identify redundant or outdated controls and recommend removal Partner with operations teams to understand real-world processes Design controls that are measurable and audit-ready Support control testing and validation activities Identify gaps and recommend new controls where needed Required Skills & Experience Strong background in GRC / Controls / Operational Risk Experience with control design, documentation, and testing Familiarity with SOX or similar regulatory frameworks Ability to translate business/technical processes into control language Experience working in banking or regulated environments Preferred Qualifications Exposure to infrastructure operations (incident, change, monitoring, backups) Prior experience with control remediation or transformation initiatives Strong stakeholder communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr IT Engagements, Inc.
