To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Crew Pay Specialist. This position is responsible for compiling flight time records of flight crew members for payroll and scheduling departments, while also ensuring accuracy for payroll of flight crew members. The successful candidate will have exceptional mathematical and calculation skills, utilizing these skills to complete accurate data entry. This position reports to the Senior Payroll Supervisor.Essential Duties:Compile flight time record of flight crew members for payroll and scheduling departmentsEnsure accuracy of payroll for flight crew membersPost data to Company website for employee reviewEnsure crew members are paid according to their collective bargaining agreementsProcess crew pay adjustmentsCompare payroll figures with flight crew logs to detect and reconcile discrepanciesWork in conjunction with the payroll department to accomplish payroll processingJob Qualifications and Competencies:Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent attention to detailExceptional mathematical and calculation skillsAccurate data entry skillsConfidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee informationAbility to work independently in a time-sensitive environmentExceptional analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Workday PayrollExperience with Crew Scheduling or Crew PayAssociates degree in business or related fieldWork Environment:Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipmentPhysical Requirements:Occasional lifting up to 25 poundsThe above statements provide a brief description of the general nature of work performed and are not intended to be a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required for this position.
