Innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. This role is a Strategy & Operations Senior Analyst partnering with Renewals Leadership to execute forecasts and support a high‑performance culture. Responsibilities Support the weekly OU forecast process across Renewals. Drive forecast excellence by coordinating preparation for weekly OU forecast calls. Partner with the Analytics team to perform ad‑hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (e.g., customer segmentation, participation, propensity to buy, white space, likelihood to churn) to improve forecast accuracy. Evaluate ongoing OU business performance against targets. Create executive‑level presentations for local and global leadership reviews. Experience 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in sales strategy or business operations roles. Experience with forecasting, business analysis, and data visualization. Strong business acumen and stakeholder management. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies such as leadership, volunteer, or work experience. Skills Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories. Self‑starter and high motivation to succeed in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights. Working knowledge of Salesforce. Intermediate or better mastery of Snowflake/SQL and Excel/G‑sheets. Beginner or better mastery of Tableau. Flexible schedule; able to work with global Renewals teams in different time zones. Compensation and Benefits The typical base salary range for this position is $94,000–$142,300 annually, with higher ranges in select metropolitan areas.
