Senior Recruitment Consultant Your Consulting Impact

You will support a portfolio of clients and recruitment searches across multiple industries and throughout the org chart (supporting 8 to 10 searches at a time).

• Lead full searches - participation or leading intake, active headhunting sourcing and outreach, deep dive candidate screening, providing your consulting recommendation to client, interview process support, assistance with offer letter and pre-placement process through candidate first day and ongoing check ins
• Actively headhunt and source talent for clients
• Participate in the development and adjustment of recruitment strategy for searches
• Provide market insight and hiring recommendations to clients

You Have

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting searches from intake through placement
• Experience actively sourcing and headhunting candidates (not just posting jobs and reviewing applicants!)

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000 - $100,000 base salary plus commission based on production. And additional incentives. Flexible for the right candidate. Flexible for 35 hours a week + for part time or contract to start if we are right for each other we will figure it out!

Hybrid schedule with two days per week in our Rocklin, California office
