As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to alarms, and provide outstanding customer service. You will use communication and technology skills to support daily operations while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.29 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri02:30 PM - 10:30 PMSat02:30 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed by site procedures, and assist with directing guests to appropriate locations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures. Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership, property management, and/or emergency responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
