Backed by top-tier investors, they are looking for a strategic finance leader to help optimize performance and drive long-term success.About the Role:As the Director of Finance, you'll be a key financial leader, reporting directly to the CFO. You will oversee financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the financial future of a high-growth, mission-driven company and play a pivotal role in driving profitability and expansion.The Director of Finance will work cross-functionally with leadership teams across Operations, Sales, and Marketing providing financial insights that support scaling efforts, new product launches, and geographic expansion.Key Responsibilities:Lead FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.Develop financial models and analyses to support decision-making on growth strategies, pricing, and profitability.Partner with senior leadership to drive financial strategies that optimize costs and maximize revenue.Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and long-term financial planning.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, including new market expansion and product innovation.Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency and scalability.Lead a high-performing finance team, fostering development and collaboration across departments.What We Need to See (Essential):7+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in FP&A and strategic finance.Experience in a high-growth, consumer-facing business (preferably in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce).Proven track record of driving financial strategy and supporting business scaling.Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key business decisions.Excellent leadership and team management skills.What We'd Love to See (Non-essential):Experience in a PE-backed or fast-growth environment.Prior work within a consumer products, retail, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand.MBA or CFA designation is a plus.Location: RemoteSalary: Up to $250,000 + Bonus + EquityIf this role is of interest, please send your CV over for a full briefing on the role and company.
