Job Overview A law firm seeks a Partner/Group Lead in Workers' Compensation Defense for their West Palm Beach, FL office. Duties Lead and grow your practice by leveraging existing business and firm resources. Serve as the primary relationship manager for key clients. Handle complex Workers' Compensation defense matters from investigation through resolution. Develop new client relationships through networking and industry events. Recruit, mentor, and develop associate attorneys and support staff. Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives. Requirements Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense. A portable book of business with established client relationships. Proven track record of business development and client retention. Demonstrated leadership experience managing attorneys and staff. Education Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
