Senior Recruiter - Contract (US or Argentina)

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for open positions. The role involves developing recruiting strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations while supporting a global CRO organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute staffing programs and recruitment strategies for open positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create requisitions
• Identify appropriate recruitment channels and source qualified candidates
• Screen resumes, conduct candidate evaluations, and document interview processes
• Coordinate background checks, support compensation negotiations, and mentor junior recruiters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• 4+ years of recruitment or related professional experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Experience in clinical operations environment (preferred)
• Strong ability to drive recruitment processes and manage stakeholders

Compensation: $69,500–$138,500 annually
