Sourcing RecruiterSourcing Recruiter (Contract) Location: Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC Schedule: Hybrid | Onsite 3 Days per Week (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Duration: 3-Month Contract Pay: $35-$40/hrPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Recruiter for a 3-month contract opportunity in RTP with a Bio/Pharma company. This role will support recruiting operations, sourcing initiatives, and Workday recruiting functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruiting experience, strong Workday knowledge, and enjoy both candidate-facing recruiting activities and the operational/administrative side of talent acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkday Recruiting SupportTag candidates and create candidate talent pools within WorkdayDisposition candidates and maintain accurate candidate recordsPrepare and post job requisitionsDraft supplemental screening questions for open positionsAudit candidate screening notes for quality and complianceReview and correct job posting formatting on the company careers siteSupport recruitment process documentation, SOP updates, and user guidesRecruiting & SourcingIndependently manage temporary staffing requisitionsIndependently manage Co-Op and Internship requisitionsSource candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channelsBuild and manage LinkedIn projects and talent pipelinesConduct targeted candidate outreach and engagement campaignsAssist with recruitment-related projects and process improvementsProvide PTO coverage and recruiting support for Talent Acquisition PartnersSupport the full recruitment lifecycle, including:Opening requisitionsCandidate sourcing and screeningInterview scheduling and coordinationCandidate preparation and interview debriefsRecruitment operations and administrative activitiesQualifications2+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience requiredHands-on experience with Workday Recruiting requiredExperience managing requisitions independentlyBio/Pharma experience preferred but not requiredExperience creating recruiting guides, SOPs, and process documentationStrong LinkedIn sourcing and talent mapping experienceExcellent organizational and administrative skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExperience supporting recruiting operations, documentation, and process improvement initiatives preferredPay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hourSearch managed by: Kelly KirstBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
