This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities including creating job descriptions, managing job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and supporting hiring efforts across field and operational teams.The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This individual will play an important role in helping the company attract and hire high-quality employees who align with our values, and operational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for office, field, and operational positionsSource, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring of qualified candidatesRecruit for difficult-to-fill positions including CDL drivers, operators, laborers, technicians, and traveling field crews and engineersDevelop and maintain job descriptions, manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms, and oversee job board activity to support effective sourcing and candidate engagementPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce prioritiesDevelop candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and community outreachCoordinate interview schedulingMaintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking informationEnsure compliance with company hiring standards and employment regulationsAssist with recruiting events, job fairs, and workforce initiativesSupport onboarding and retention efforts to improve employee experience and reduce turnoverProvide regular hiring updates and recruiting progress reports to leadershipQualifications5+ years of recruiting experience preferredExperience recruiting within construction, landscaping, environmental services, transportation, utilities, or skilled trades strongly preferredExperience recruiting CDL drivers or field operations employees is a plusStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively with operational leadersExperience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platformsProfessional, accountable, and service-oriented approachPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting multi-location or regional recruiting effortsFamiliarity with DOT-regulated positions and hiring requirementsBilingual skills are a plusWhat We OfferHourly pay range of $32.00 - $37.00Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchLife insurance, Short and Long Term DisabilityProfessional development opportunitiesA collaborative and team-oriented work environmentLocation - AQUALIS HeadquartersCategory - Human ResourcesFull-Time/Part-Time - Full-TimeExempt/Non-Exempt - Non-ExemptNumber of Openings - 1Base Compensation Min - $32.00 / Hr.Base Compensation Max - $37.00 / Hr.EOE Statement - AQUALIS Stormwater Management is strongly committed to providing a work environment that is free from all forms of harassment, discrimination and inequality.
