Fixture Development Project Manager

Fixture Development Project Manager We are looking for an experienced Fixture Development Project Manager to join our team in Chanhassen, MN. The role works closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, Design and 3D engineering teams to plan, execute and finalize fixture builds according to client concepts, deadlines and within budget. Shift Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This hybrid position requires a minimum of three days per week onsite at our Chanhassen, MN headquarters. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of previous work experience related to fixture design, merchandising fixture production, or the retail industry (preferred). 3 to 5 years of related experience in project management (required). Pay close attention to details and complete projects accurately within deadlines while meeting quality standards. Strong knowledge of project management software, including Excel, Google Workspace and Project. Self‑motivated, fast learner, and able to seek out customer and corporate needs. Self‑managed and able to make decisions and solve problems independently, effectively and creatively. Effective time management and self‑management skills. Maintain the confidentiality of company, employee and customer information. Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills. Willing to admit mistakes, fiercely loyal to customers and team, trustworthy, reliable and easy to get along with, enthusiastic and eager to take on new challenges, adaptable and willing to wear any necessary hat. Responsibilities Manage fixture design & build from client engagement through design engineers, fabrication and production teams, and coordinate FPM & PPM teams for success. Read 3D engineering drawings, work with fixture materials, and recommend specific fabrication & production processes. Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, subject matter experts, other departments and TBG suppliers to ensure deliverables are met. Make confident decisions to move forward with projects based on available information and present solutions and alternatives to AM & PM teams. Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by Management. Compensation $85,000 – $100,000 annually.
