Chief Financial Officer

A growing organization in the South Bend area is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Chief Financial Officer / Controller to lead financial operations and support long‑term organizational growth. This individual will serve as a key member of the leadership team and oversee budgeting, reporting, compliance, financial planning, and overall fiscal management. Key Responsibilities Lead accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions Oversee audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance activities Provide financial analysis and strategic guidance to executive leadership Manage cash flow, vendor relationships, and financial operations Partner with leadership teams to improve processes and support organizational objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 10+ years of progressive accounting or financial leadership experience Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance Experience overseeing day‑to‑day accounting operations and financial controls Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and cross‑functional teams Preferred Qualifications CPA or related certification preferred Experience improving financial systems and operational efficiencies Prior leadership experience within a complex or multi‑site organization preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
