Marketing Automation Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to help shape the systems, processes, and technology that power our marketing engine. In this role, you’ll be at the center of how marketing operates — designing scalable automation workflows, improving how data moves through our CRM and digital platforms, and helping the team make smarter, faster decisions through reliable reporting and insights. You’ll partner closely with senior marketing leaders, strategy teams, sales operations, and technical teams to ensure our marketing technology ecosystem is efficient, connected, and built for growth. What You’ll Do Lead the strategy and ongoing improvement of our marketing automation ecosystem Design and manage scalable workflows, lead journeys, and campaign automation Oversee the CRM and related marketing systems, including governance and data quality Coordinate integrations between websites, digital tools, analytics platforms, and internal systems Build reporting, dashboards, and insights that help guide marketing decisions Partner with technical teams to define priorities, requirements, and solutions Help establish repeatable, well-documented processes that improve consistency and efficiency Work with leaders across marketing, sales, and strategy to support key business goals Guide and prioritize work for marketing technologists and analysts across teams What We’re Looking For Experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, CRM, or related technology roles Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and digital marketing systems Comfort working with technical teams and translating business needs into clear solutions A process-driven mindset with a focus on building scalable, repeatable systems Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively across functions and time zones Experience supporting senior stakeholders with insights and operational recommendations Why This Role Matters In this role, your work won’t just support marketing — it will help define how marketing performs.
