Practice Info Annual case volume is 2,500 (1,500 GI 1,000 surgical) Case mix includes General surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, pain management, ENT, and Pediatric ENT 1-2 ORs daily Medical direction of 1-2 CRNAs Ambulatory surgery center offering a wide range of services, including orthopedics, ophthalmology, and endoscopy Compensation Per Diem rate: $300/hour Referral bonus of up to $5,000 if hired Benefits Medical professional liability insurance Shift & Schedule Per diem Monday 8 hours per day Requirements Active PA license Board certified ACLS PALS BLS
