Marketing Coordinator

HGA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Ruston, Baton Rouge, or The Woodlands, TX. The Marketing Coordinator works in partnership with the Marketing Communications Manager supporting the business units to plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms. This is a production- and coordination-focused role: the coordinator assists in the development of marketing pieces, manages the moving parts of campaigns and events, and keeps the presentation management system current, all under the direction of the Marketing Communications Manager.

• Collaborate with the marketing communication manager, business development team, and graphic design team to develop proposals and qualifications packages that showcase the firm's expertise to public and private entities.
• Coordinate marketing projects and timelines across internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Help guide marketing assets from concept through final delivery, ensuring deadlines, reviews, and approvals are met.
• Write and edit marketing copy for websites, social media, marketing collateral, press releases, and client-facing communications.
• Prepare presentations, quals requests, approvals, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment.
• Assist in quality-checking marketing assets and promotional materials before release.
• Monitor website and social media engagement metrics and help compile insights and recommendations.
• Foster meaningful relationships with clients, industry contacts, and consultants and implement initiatives to achieve business development goals.
• Strong multi-tasker, with ability to manage tasks and projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines and high pressure.
• Manage event schedule and client engagement initiatives, including meeting coordination, planning and execution, and communication across business development teams.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, files, asset libraries, and approval records.
• Strong team player, with ability to also work autonomously.
• Able to pivot and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Experience: 2-5 years in marketing coordination, business development support, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, social platforms, or comparable tools.
• Social Media Experience: Support the development and publication of engaging digital content that reflects HGA's brand and elevates our thought leadership
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail, formatting, and organization

• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for marketing collateral development
• Experience in industrial services, oil & gas, construction, or related industries preferred
• Experience supporting recruiting and corporate branding initiatives is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools preferred
• Experience with coordinating internal office materials, including office swag, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
