About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the next chapter of the organization, with a focus on strengthening infrastructure, deepening impact, and ensuring long-term sustainability and growth. This role involves overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the organization, including program development, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to set and achieve the organization's goals, and will be a key representative of the organization in the community and with funding partners. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in executive leadership, preferably within the nonprofit sector. A deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by the community the organization serves is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic planning, program evaluation, and fundraising, as well as a strong background in financial management. A collaborative and inclusive leadership style is required, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, volunteers, and stakeholders. A relevant advanced degree is preferred, and a passion for the mission of the organization is a must.
