Overview:

• Total compensation of $680,000
• 200 shifts annually
• Sign-on bonus of $150,000
• 12 weeks of vacation
• 1:10 call schedule with night float
• Approximately 90% of cases managed independently
• About 10% CRNA supervision
• Focus on routine surgical cases; no open-heart procedures

• Electrophysiology lab

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total compensation of $680,000
• Sign-on bonus of $150,000
• Malpractice insurance covered by the employer, including tail coverage
