Electrophysiology Cardiologist - $716,837 Base Salary + $150K Bonuses

Location: Waterloo, Iowa

Our organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Electrophysiologist to become part of a well-established and innovative cardiovascular team dedicated to providing advanced arrhythmia care. • Guaranteed Base Salary: $716,837 for the initial two years
• Incentive: Compensation based on production
• Recruitment Bonus: $150,000

Clinical capabilities include:

• Electrophysiology studies
• Radiofrequency and cryoablation
• Pulsed-field ablation available soon
• Conduction system pacing (including left bundle branch area pacing)
• Implantation of pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs, and leadless devices
• Loop recorders and remote rhythm monitoring
• Hybrid EP lab with advanced cardiac imaging

• Atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter
• SVT, PVCs, and ventricular tachycardia
• Syncope and sick sinus syndrome
• Inherited arrhythmias (Long QT, WPW)
• Complex device and ablation cases
