Business Development Manager

Binding Minds is a New Jersey-based staffing and recruiting company specializing in IT automation & Digital, healthcare, engineering, finance, professional services, and workforce solutions. The company is a certified Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) and focuses heavily on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new client opportunities. Build relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and MSP/VMS programs. Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events. Negotiate staffing contracts and Master Service Agreements. Collaborate with recruiters to fill client requirements. Manage client accounts and grow existing business relationships. Track sales metrics, revenue targets, and pipeline activity. Skills and Qualifications Staffing/recruitment industry experience. Knowledge of MSP/VMS environments. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting. Excellent communication and presentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
