Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and nurture trusting relationships with clients to create a safe space for open communication.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health disorders, couples seeking relationship counseling, and families navigating complex social and emotional issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices related to mental health therapy.

• Attractive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, based on competencies and experience.
