Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing strong and trusting rapport with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy.

• Conducting thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Regularly meeting with clients for individual therapy sessions, couples counseling, and family therapy while adjusting treatment plans based on progress and feedback.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practices to help clients address their challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions and providing psychoeducation to enhance clients' understanding of their conditions.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and specialists as needed to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Demonstrated experience and training in addiction counseling, with a solid grasp of evidence-based practices for treating substance use and co-occurring issues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
