This remote position allows you the flexibility to work from home while still being a critical part of a supportive and innovative clinical team. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured work schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Nanox, you will undertake a variety of crucial tasks that directly affect emotional well-being:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' mood disorder symptoms' intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, aims, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in individual and family sessions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Monitor and track client progress, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and feedback.

• Engage with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in mood disorders to continuously refine and enhance treatment approaches.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and opportunities for continuous professional development.

The primary focus of this role will be on individuals and families experiencing relational difficulties, including divorce-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
