Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with clients to foster effective therapy.

• Diagnose mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, utilizing your clinical expertise.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet client needs, incorporating evidence-based practices to promote client engagement and success.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and groups, providing a safe space for exploration and healing.

• Adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments of client progress and feedback.

• Document all client interactions and progress in a timely manner in compliance with organizational policies and accreditation standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and specialists to ensure comprehensive care, including making referrals when necessary.

• Stay informed about best practices in therapeutic interventions and contribute to a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Qualifications\n
