Japanese Marketing Documents Specialist for AI Training [Remote]

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems by leveraging your marketing expertise and Japanese language proficiency. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping how AI models learn and perform through the creation and refinement of high-quality marketing documents.

• Create, review, and refine marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Japanese, utilizing advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to provide valuable input and feedback that enhances AI model training and evaluation processes.
• Translate and adapt marketing content to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy for Japanese-speaking audiences.
• Analyze and critique marketing materials for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment, offering expert insights on best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while managing sensitive project information.
• Document and report on project outcomes, providing structured feedback to improve AI learning and documentation practices.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.

• Native-level Japanese language proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on experience in marketing documentation.
• Experience in Fortune 500 companies or exposure to high-standard, global marketing environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with demonstrable expertise in creating professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess document quality and effectiveness.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment.

Contract position, remote work preferred, ideally based in the US.

Hourly rate ranges from $30 to $70, commensurate with experience.

Applicants should have a strong understanding of US-Japan business contexts, with preference given to those located in the US. Experience in projects involving AI, digital transformation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives is a plus.
