HR Documents Specialist for AI Training (Portuguese) [Remote]

Help shape how AI systems learn and reason by applying your Human Resources expertise to create, review, and improve HR documentation in Portuguese. This contract role focuses on producing high-quality, real-world HR materials and feedback that will be used to train next-generation AI. No prior AI experience is required, your domain knowledge and document skills are the priority.

• Create, review, and enhance HR documents and templates in Portuguese using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Evaluate, organize, and optimize a wide range of HR materials, including policies, contracts, onboarding kits, and employee communications.
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on document structure, clarity, and alignment with HR best practices.
• Collaborate with the AI training team to deliver accurate, relevant examples of HR documentation that reflect real-world terminology and use cases.
• Identify gaps and inconsistencies in documentation and recommend actionable improvements to increase compliance and effectiveness.
• Apply Fortune 500-level standards to documentation and inputs, ensuring high quality and process integrity.

• Native-level proficiency in Portuguese, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, specifically creating or working with Human Resources documentation.
• Proven ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce and manage professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to detect inconsistencies and improve document quality.
• Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies, demonstrating adherence to high-quality standards and processes.

• Based in the United States with a deep understanding of cross-cultural HR practices between the US and Portuguese-speaking countries.
• Experience training or guiding others on documentation best practices.
