HR Documents Specialist (French)

Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your HR documentation expertise in French. You will create and assess practical HR materials that support accurate, high-quality AI training data for complex global organizations. Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and improve French-language HR documents, policies, and templates for accuracy and clarity.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce professional documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Apply HR process and documentation knowledge to the development of AI training data.
• Partner with the customer team to identify gaps in HR documentation and HR best practices.
• Provide constructive feedback that improves AI-generated HR document content.
• Communicate clearly in French and English while collaborating remotely.
• Ensure deliverables meet the needs of global, Fortune 500-level organizations and align with industry standards.

• Native-level French proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience, including HR documentation work in large, complex organizations.
• Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and optimizing HR documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Significant experience supporting or working within Fortune 500 companies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Based in the United States or deeply familiar with U.S. HR practices.
• Experience training or mentoring others on HR documentation best practices.
• Familiarity with AI, data annotation, or technology-enabled HR solutions.

• Remote independent contractor engagement.

• $10 to $45 per hour.
