HR Documents Specialist for AI Training (French)

Apply your HR subject matter expertise to create and refine real-world human resources documents in French that will be used to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. This contractor role focuses on producing accurate, compliant HR templates, policies, spreadsheets, and presentations suitable for large, global organizations.

• Create, review, and optimize a range of HR documents, policies, and templates in French, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Produce high-quality documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Use your HR process knowledge to inform the development of AI training data and to improve AI-generated HR content.
• Collaborate with the client team to identify gaps in HR documentation and recommend best practices.
• Provide constructive feedback and insights to raise the quality of HR-related outputs.
• Communicate effectively in both French and English with project stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation meets the needs of global, Fortune 500-level organizations and aligns with industry standards.

• Native-level proficiency in French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on HR experience working with Human Resources documentation in large, complex organizations.
• Proven track record creating, managing, and optimizing HR documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Significant experience supporting or working within Fortune 500 companies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when producing HR documentation.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Preferred but not required: located in the United States or a deep understanding of U.S.-based HR practices; experience training or mentoring others in HR documentation; familiarity with AI, data annotation, or technology-driven HR solutions.
